Sorry for the long delay. Being a complete idiot (or perfectionist, your choice of vocabulary) I went through about 5 major revisions after I posted the model I had originally come up with. The current assembly is in the production queue at a buddy's sheet metal bending operation. Going to be laser cut and CNC bent for me. In theory I'll have the crossmember in hand by the end of the year.
