Well, it was painful but the parts were stripped followed by epoxy and high build primer. Next days off we'll get to body work..

very nice, always satisfying when things become the same color , even if it is only primer.
Progress is slow, but it is progress non the less.

Thank you and absolutely, looks a lot closer to being done. It shouldn't be too much body work, hope to have it all painted by the end of November. I'll need more light and a better way to hold the panels in place for topcoating though - more bush league engineering to come.

Well, it's done. Paint turned out really well except a few minor clearcoat issues on the gas flap and one of the window frames. Starting to assemble now and should hopefully get it inspected by mid-January at the latest.

Looking very very nice. Are planning to cut and polish the clear coat?

For sure, I want to get it inspected first so it's insured and then I'll get on with that. I've never done it before so I'm going to get some help on it.
