The rear seat also came back from the upholstery shop. We decided to try and make the rear seat match the front seats.

One thing I didn't mention and I just came across these photos was when the rear taillights were put together we only had 1 good piece of rubber out of all 6 taillights. So it was used as a template and new rubber pieces were drawn and hand cut.

The funny thing about this project is that that I originally just wanted a cheap 510. But then I decided to do a resto. And then as I chose to have one part look nice, the next part needed to look nice. Well the car already had a pretty decent undercoating on the bottom of the car when I got it. But once you've put on such good looking paint almost anything that isn't fresh looks bad so close to fresh paint. So the bottom of the car had to get the under-coating done.

And now that the paint and undercoating was done, it just seemed like all the components needed a fresh coat before going back in.
