I have a set of 550lb nismo spings for the cage car (rear), a set of Adjustable TC rods, and Control arms. I want to go Coil over in the rear, but budget says "maybe springs are better". We will see. Im going to do a disc brake conversion on the cage car.
the blue car used to be owned by my girlfriends younger sisters x boyfriend .

yeah, i'm sure its an L18. Based on the kind of work done to that car when it was in its prime I would't doubt it had a L18.

Not sure if its the 18 or 16.
I did happen to make my window straps today, and relocate the gas fill tube. Its only temporary. the plan is to get a silver moon flip top for the C pillar.

if i remember right the guy who had it last found it in a junk yard and bought it pretty cheep. he was not to mechanicley inclined though i am glad it went to some one who can fix it. did he ever replace the core support or did you buy it smashed in? if i remember the doors would not close right.

The guy I bought it from did a really bad job trying to replace the core support. So I stripped it to just bones and I am about to move it to my third bay. The font clip really needs some TLC.
This car will have a long intense rebuild. The paint will be restored to the nice 80's blue paint job.

Well for the first drive was yesterday. I had lots of vibration! Tranny was vibrating against the tranny crossmember , Easy fix. Then I drove it all the way to corvallis. Way better ride then the blue car was.

A little bit of an update on the blackened car. Now that my CRX junker is back on the road its time to get some work done to the car.

This is my project of putting the alternator on the driver side to make room for a supercharger.

I am using the AC pump pump holes for the new Aluminum bracket.

Hey matt it's Chris, I use to work at the machine shop. Maybe you help me find some parts for the old 1968 510 . I'm trying to put redwiggler back together after Bambie modified the grill and hood ect. Talk to you later, chris aka redwiggler
