Steve, next time your in need of any sealant try using the "Right Stuff" . I run a Sports Car Restoration/Service Shop.....many MG's, TR's, JAG's, etc....and the occasional Datsun. It does a really good job on older stuff that doesn't have the tight tolerances that todays modern drivetrains have....What British cars not marking their territory!...how could that be!...give it a try...like Mike suggested, thin film is all you need.
