Perhaps an Electramotive L3? Partially by the back end markings, partially by the completely obliterated base circle. It must have about .580 lift at the valve, or somewhere around there.

those adjuster looks pretty jacked.. hows the swipe on those rockers? would a lift like that require new valve springs every 1000 miles ?

Did some digging. Electramotive Engineering sold to Nissan and became Nissan Performance in 1990...you guys probably know all that. So I took a look at the 1990 performance catalogue. If the Nismo L3 is the same animal as the Electramotive L3; it lists as part # 99996-D1019 with .620" lift/ 300 degrees
