They provide a 2" screw that you can engage while lifting the assembly from the bottom of the tank and holding the ring in place. Then you drop the assembly inside and screw out all the way to "pull" the ring against the tank. They suggest to tack weld it in place which makes removing and reinstalling the pump a lot easier. Maybe sticking it there with a bit sealant could work.

Holley has a new kit as well 600 cdn 450 usd..
Includes they're new hydramat so I'm going to try that on this one
340 pump. E85 compatible and billet mounting that doesnt need a ring or drilling multiple holes. The mounting is so simple ..

theres about 8 different models- ill be getting the billet one and putting it in the car here in the next few weeks- ill post pics on the build thread this week as about 10 boxes of parts are here.. and disassembly will begin

It is a very clever design to mount the unit without all the drilling, but you pay the price. It's in the same bracket as the Aeromotive unit, which is why I didn't consider it.
The only downside I see is that it's not baffled like the other 2 options.

It doesnt need a baffle. The hydramat is some new technology that absorbs the fuel and feeds it to the pump supposed to be better than a baffle or sump. Time will tell
