Re: vg30ett build.. lol
best response in that thread was ...
"so. with nitrous. my 170k kade will do eleventyhundred horsies. with airplane turbines as twin turbos. gonna put that all into a 1902 horse carriage. that should hold the horsies in just fine.
awesometown.
ill gladly follow this build."

Re: vg30ett build.. lol
This reminds me of numerous "builds" where cars were half assed together. I did have a friend who ran 12.7 on a bone stock z31et bottom end and a 100 shot of N20 with an open exhaust and ET streets . With a stock CT26 turbo and a over 200rwh wet shot of N20 the built L28 (30) stroker motor in my 510 made 535 rwh and 490 fpt, so it`s not entirely out of the question but highly unlikely.
BTW a R200 will handle more than 400hp before problems arise.

Re: vg30ett build.. lol
Im not saying his numbers are WAYYYY out of the question.. but that part where he wants like..800whp on a 3.0 block... IF money was no problem..id start with a VG33 and go with VH45? pistons. ... 3.5L forged.. THEN go from there... trash the STOCK supra pistons because i dont ever recall seeing any guys making over 500WHP on those things...he doesent mention touching the heads which on the vg SUCK.. im just mean i guess.. but think there are way to many kinks to work out that he didnt think about before he started posting numbers..

I agree, it just sounds like wishfull thinking....... I think a single CT26 with a "moderate" wet shot of N20 and mabey a Nistune chipped stock ECU with 480cc injectors , 400 rwh would not be out of the question with a decent tune. Even with 400 rwh a 200sx would be quite a handfull esp. with a welded rear end. 800 rwh would scare most people shitless.
