blinking sidemarker lights
I wired my sidemarkers to blink following the diagram on the dime quarterly. All lights are working properly.no blown fuses,or hot/melted wires. The problem is that when I turn the parking lights on,the turnsignal indicators light up very dimmly. I activate the turn signals and the indicators light up bright. They phase from dim to bright. Has anybody experienced this before? Any insight would be apreciated. Also my side markers aren't grounding to the chassis.

Are the side markers intentionally not grounding to the chasis (part of your circuit design) or is that part of your problem? I've seen all sorts of similar weirdness because of bad/lacking grounds.

The assemblies Grounding out was my first thought. I took them off the fenders, and quarter panels. I made shure they were not touching anything that would complete the circuit. Those dashboard indicators are still dimmly lit, with parking lights on.
Re: blinking sidemarker lights
Unwire the sidemarkers so they don't blink, then see if your dash indicators still glow. If not, you (obviously, sorry) have an issue with the sidemarkers, or your wiring to them.

Re: blinking sidemarker lights
I'm stumped at the fact that those indicator lights turn off when, two lights are wired normal and two to blink. I'm just going to leave the rear lights to operate like normal. I'm going to try to reenact this on a wiring diagram to see what's going on. Those lights only turn on when I add power from the light switch.
