Coupe Door Dimension

Post by fyousof »

Hi all,

Im in the midst of restoring my 510. Can anyone give me some details on the coupe door dimension; length, height, etc etc etc. It's impossible to find any coupe doors here in Malaysia and i need to fabricate those doors. Thanks :D

You don't have the original doors?? is that a 2 door sedan or a 2 door coupe, they are different. I think trying to fab a complete door would be a hugh undertaking. I would try to find some doors if I were you!!

finding another coupe/2-door doors is merely an impossible thing to do here.
i was thinking to modify the 4-doors door to a coupe door, in which was my last option hence the needed dimension.

Again, Coupe or 2-Door - the doors are different.

That's a nice move right there Matt....and will come in handy given the number of times this comes up. :)

sorry all, my bad.
it's a 2-door sedan. so my guess it's pretty similar to the 4-door but a bit longer?

The old pics of that car are missing I guess. It was a 4 dr, Baz converted it to a 2 door. It was really a neat project. I can't seem to find his original post on OZDAT either.

And ya, those flares rock.
