Original trim, badges etc

Post by KiKiIchiBan » 20 May 2014 07:15

Is there any companies out there that have or make reproductions of original parts?

It's very easy to get hold of, say a chassis plate or original badges for a C10 Skyline via companies such as Revive Jalopy, Victory50, Rubber Soul but from my searches I can't find the same parts for a 510.

There are a few parts I'm after for my Coupe.

Thanks.

I'm pretty sure there are no Coupe-specific repro badges, aside from the Supersonic grill badge. There was talk of someone making the Supersonic taillight badge. There's a fellow named Saad out of Kuwait that repros many of the stock PL510 badges, and has NOS stuff as well. He was on here for a bit but did/does sell on eBay.

But you may be stuck trying to get parts out of Japan. tokyo2u on eBay (Craig) lives in Japan and breaks cars all the time, he usually has or can get those sorts of parts.

Thanks, I'll have a look around.
My engine bay had been painted, the chassis number plate was painted over. Maybe it can be restored with a little bit of TLC but it would be nice to get a new one and also some original serving stickers etc.
