FWIW my 620 FSM shows the angled terminal flasher as for the hazard lights. Like i said you have a 50% chance of getting them right the first time.

Wrecking yards are full of those electronic flashers. I just help myself to them. Have one for turn and 4 way.

Thanks TJ but I’m trying to keep the car OEM as best I can. I grew up in the back seat of this particular car and the specific sound that the turn signals make (and the rate at which they cycle) teleports me back in time.
It’s the heart beat of the car and any change in the type of relay will, usually, change all of “the feels”.
Yeah, crazy, I know. Sweating the small stuff is my real hobby.

Since 1970. It’s a two owner car, my dad and myself.
As the story goes, the car came off the assymbly line in October of 1969 and he bought it new in May of 1970, as a 1970 model year car. The entire car (side markers, dash, etc etc) are all ‘69 parts, yet it’s was registered as a 1970.

I was born in ‘71, so when I said I “grew up” in that car, I really meant it!

Funny how long some of these Datsun's sat NEW on the lots! There are quite a few 69's titled as 70's! Great story!!
