Well - I already had a 2 door - and if she ever wants to sell it - I get first dibs on it. In turn she gets a free mechanic - although I make her do a lot of it....
You will be happy with the wagon too - all of my non-datsun cars have been wagons. I guess I need to get a datsun wagon to - oh wait, I would then be divorced......

The versatility of the wagon is great, and I am floored at how much room there is in such a tiny car.

I'm 6'-6" 230lbs. with the seat mounted back a bit farther - its the most comfortable car for me to drive - lots of leg room. The cargo space in wagons are very roomy. Makes you realize how much interior room all the creature comforts and safety equipment take up in newer cars. Keep us posted on your project - it looks like fun!

I'll probably be starting a thread for the build shortly; I don't want to start the thread until I have a few pictures and have made enough progress to notice.

Remind me not to pick a fight with you. I am a very car friendly 5' 11" 165, I tend to fit comfortably in any model car, although some cars simply are not comfortable regardless of size.James wrote:I'm 6'-6" 230lbs.

I'm dealing with a 2 door - so no rear seats to fold down. Would be an issue with a wagon though....

I would probably back down anyways Not too much to fight about (especially considering the surf we are getting in So Cal right now! - Have to go get wet again).tornadom wrote:Remind me not to pick a fight with you. I'm not a fighter either. You seem like a cool dude, have some similar interests and reside in the same state... sounds good to me.James wrote:I would probably back down anyways Not too much to fight about (especially considering the surf we are getting in So Cal right now! - Have to go get wet again).tornadom wrote:Remind me not to pick a fight with you.
