Welcome, looks like a good one.

I am curious about the little hole in the rear quarter. Looks like a side marker light like the '69.

Do some '68s come with a side marker in the rear? Both of mine don't. What is your VIN number?

i asked the previous owner the same question. title says its a 68. the owner before him put those corners in. i believe the 68's didn't have those right?

The 68's didn't have side marker lights as such. The rear panels were blank, the front fenders did have the arrow lights, but we're wired as signal indicators and not running/marker lights.

Thanks for the info! Another thing, what is the correct front grille and emblem for this car? I've seen so many different variations, I don't know which one is correct. Thanks

Yeah, I starting collecting parts at least 10 years ago, excluding the cars themselves of course. One in 1977, the other 2003.

These do pop up every once in while, although I haven't seen a grill in a long time.

Naw, '68 grills aren't that hard to find. They are getting expensive, though. Moreso because of the specific bezels and badge - most of the rest of the grills for the rest of the years have relatively interchangeable parts. The '68 stuff pops up on eBay.
