Welcome to the Realm, please post a photo, start a build thread, let us know what you have and like.

Be good if you could fill in your avatar general location as well; we have a world audience and your general location sure does help.

Welcome.

Welcome !

This is my standard question to new people who say they have a 73' 510...what is the serial number?

Cool you have a 1200 also, we see very few of these.

No, I'm Keith Law friend of Colin and all the Specialty Engineering Gang. I have known and dealt with Specialty since 1977

As much as Colin and Dave Humphreys road raced, as do Tracey and Andy, I did the Solo and Hillclimb world with my car. How do you know of Colin?

So, what is the serial number? I ask because so far...I have the youngest documented 510 on this site, and it is a true 73.

Thanks, I'm still winning so far, I suggest your car is a 1972 but maybe sold in 1973. The door tag will tell you date of manufacture.

Or, depending on your location, the equipment spec will tell. USDM '73 510s had rear window defrost and the fiber optic headlight/wiper knobs. CDM cars had these bits throughout.

Cool, your car is definitely up there for production.

We have a list on this site somewhere, with a showing of the range of members cars.

My car is the youngest todate, at 1/73 and we have never seen any mention of February 73 ever.
