It looks like it was towed for sure, as that is one of those towing rigs pilot cars and the like use.

its a 510 at Victoria ICBC. Only the buyer will see the PO name on the reciept. You have to be registered with ICBC to buy this car ie, dealer, wrecker, body shop etc. Its not rebuildable, so it would have to be dismantled or made into a race car anyway

how is it that that car is not rebuildable and mine is ?
although I had them change it for me but they did it no questions asked
