CARTOON FROM THE PAST

Post by bertvorgon »

I was cleaning out things from my mom and dad's place, when I found this cartoon I had sent my dad.

For some years, we had a 510 member, Craig Ainscough, who was an artist, and did these type of drawings for the club newsletter. He also had done material for Road and Track magazine!

I remember this was in response to the early track days, when we had a lot of stock 510's come out and play. This would have been from the mid 90's I think.

I love that, there was a Science Fiction Story with one of those in a car I read when I was a kid too.

Damn, I'd forgotten about that one!
Craig did another great one about ice racing, but I honestly don't remember the caption.
