Co-ordinator Needed for Auto X - 2010 All Nissan Meet

Hi guys,
As the title reads, the club locally needs a coordinator to oversee this year’s Auto X portion of the 2010 All Nissan Meet. Most of the process is already in place, but we need a coordinator to fill the position to head this part of the weekend.
If you live in the lower mainland, and would be willing to attend a few meeting between now and September and would likely require about 10 hours of actual organizing time between now and September, we sure could use your help.

Please contact me if you are interested. The rest of the positions to hold the show weekend are in place. In fact this morning I'm headed out to a meeting to get the year under way. The weekend dates are set - September 18th and 19th - as are the venues at the Scott Rd (auto X location in Surrey) and the Waterfront Park (show location in North Vancouver). If you think you can volunteer some time to work with 8 other local Datsun/Nissan enthusiasts to put the event on, we sure could use the help.
