and lastly...
are there any volunteers to make sure things go well?

I/We need to make sure the place is clean and organized afterwards, most importantly.
Also, it would be good to have someone (LOCAL) to make sure the basics are looked after, and for someone to call if they are lost, etc.

When I was one of the 510 club's directors, a certain portion of the collected membership dues was set aside to cover the costs of a "Christmas" party each year. Has this policy been changed by the elected and registered directors?

If this is the case why don't we have the party at Boston Pizza across the street - one bill and no cleanup   !

We were there Kevin - I had a note on the door directing you around the side door – the common room... I'm sorry you missed us! We'll have to post a contact number next year, just in case something like this happens.

Sorry Kevin, what time did you arrive?

Just after 6:00 and I hung around for 15 minutes but didn't have anyone's number on my phone... At least I didn't have to go far since I live just the other side of Brentwood Mall.
