want to change jpeg pis size to fit avatl

i want to change the size of my pic, of my trk 2 fit my avatl in my profile. can any body give an idea how to change it. (its a jpeg with the size of the pic is 182.893bytes ,dimensions 323x242 pixels
any help will be takin since im not that good at a pc. thank you

search on google for "microsoft powertoys image resizer"
It's a microsoft add-in for XP so you can just rightclick on an image and resize it
