back in 2007 when this guy bought the car from Gary Kohs, he paid $13k and we thought that was crazy money. But today, he could maybe get his $13k back to the right buyer but he is looking to hit a home run with this investment.

Great point. It also doesn't help that, with the BRE car, he hasn't done a single thing in the 8 years he's had it. Photos might as well be (and maybe are) straight from the '07 eBay auction. Put the car back together, get the right side painted, get it running. Anyone interested in whatever the car is is going to want a working automobile at the very least.
