Holding up pretty good here Jason.
Did do all the rain prep the first year we moved here(like I knew it would get this wet  )
So far so good for the past couple years..

Hows the crawl space holding up Jason?I remember something about you have a pump etc from a few winters ago.

Side note:
Why is this thread under the club stuff? wasnt it in off topic? :?
I know I posted a couple weeks ago here but never really paid attention to where it was( I searched for it, )

I'm more or less at sea level so no problem till the ice cap melts. Anywhere inland near creeks and rivers will be interesting. I've been here only 17 years but nothing like this. I heard over 600 cu meters per second of water flow. Usually this happens in the spring with the snow melt. Hydro dumps water during the winter to lower the lake to make room for the melt water. I should know more to-morrow at work.

Well they got wet biking home. Good now.

It will prove interesting for sure!
If the freezing level gets higher,Then get the snow melt(like they predicted but did not happen,Good thing)Could be a bit of a mess for sure(more so than it already is)
What kind of accumilation did Courteney get?
We had 104 mm (sundays total rainfall)

Good thing only on the ride home for the feet Mike..

So far, so good Lou, I have a couple of pumps down there for when the spring flood season hits. Barely keeps the water out when we've had a whole winter of saturation. Ground's pretty good so far, I can still see Cam's car out back as it hasn't sank into the mud yet  !

Mike, at least your above sea level 8) !

Oh Nooos. Just remembered I have to spend tomorrow morning at the Cumberland sewage lagoons. I have to measure the depths in about 5 places in 2 lagoons by boat. Long cloth tape measure with a weight on the end. What a crap job that will be.

I remembered this post from awhile ago. The bears are coming out now, time to be careful in the mountains. With the snow level so low, and not likely going to leave for awhile yet, the bears are going to down low looking for food.

Matt had a bear come slushing down the hill right in front of him last week, up at Elfin Lakes, in the snow.

Then, yesterday, my brother sends me these pictures from his front lawn. He has this major problem every year, with his barbecue occasionally getting thrown off the porch.

It's a Jack-in-the-Pulpit and this is the second year it has come up. Last year it formed berries and this year there is a small seedling in the same pot. I brought it home with me from Ontario. Anyway it's not something you would likely see this side of Minnesota/Ontario.
