I guess I shouldn't say this, I'll have an animal rights group down my throat, but if this yogi is that fond of city life, the game is up!

I would make a roast out of it,But the "city" bears are garbage eaters..
The city has put out numerous flyers telling people about the bear problems(ie keep trash in etc,some never learn!)
It seems they are everywhere,Last week one was in the Chevron parking lot..

As someone who loves bears, both to watch and to eat, I can tell you that no extra garlic is required, but they do make a rather excellent breakfast sausage with a bit of rosemary, thyme, onion and maple syrup mixed in... oh and bear sausage gives you ggggggggaaaaaassssss! no pre-long drive bear sausage lunches... learned that lesson twice.

Rained Sat night until mid morning to-day, Comox lake dam opened to dump as much water as possible, not enough. Courtenay river jumped the levee and flooded Lewis Park and surrounding area. About 60 people evacuated to higher ground. Bridges closed. Rode through about 8" of water running across the road around 11am. High tide at 4PM so will go much higher..

Well, it's getting so that the back field is flooded again. Typical winter in Richmond. How you guys holding up there Mike? Lou?

I saw on the news this eve about Courtenay (mayor declared a state of emergency)Quite the mess.

Apperantly here in the middle of the night lower streets were flooded. Nothing new there!
