Post by 510Freak »

Did anyone on the Island go ,We went down this eve for the Ladysmith festival of lights,What an amazing turn out of people there.
My guess 15000 to 20000 people,
Scott were you there.
Must be home now basically the first thing we see on Main street is bear.trotting down the road.

Lou, I was there. Had to take Riley to his first light up. Is it just me or was that parade super long? Fireworks were awesome. It was the 20th anniversary. It was definitely a packed house. I got some pics, so I will post them later.

Scott,
How did Riley like it,
Chelsea(3) had a blast,
The Parade was very long almost 1 hr,The fireworks were totaly amazing ,The favourite float for us was the grinch for sure,
I think it was possibly the biggest light up ever?

Hey Lou, Riley was pretty happy all night. He actually fell asleep during the fireworks. I agree this had to be the best light up yet. I heard that because last year was cancelled, they splurged on the fireworks and I think it showed. They had some really nice floats. The grinch one was definitely one of the best.
