Red Batmobile. Nissan hasn't been Nissan since about '95.

Concept cars are to DDs, what fashion model 'clothes' are to jeans and a T shirt. Never have I ever seen a concept car turned into a production reality by ANY car maker. If we had we'd all have flying our cars to go to work by now.

I was recently in Tokyo and saw this concept car while visiting the Nissan Crossing showroom in Ginza.

Pretty sure they aren't meant for production at any point. Exercise in design ideas, kinda like haute couture, rarely makes it to the street for mortals.

It does that indeed, also looks like it would be a biatch to see out of...but nice to see them pushing the envelope even if it is just styling exercise.

In 1995 at the Frankfurt International Auto Show Audi had a concept on their stand called the Technology & Tradition (TT) they then later (1998/9) made it into a road car with only a few minor changes.

I'm sure there are more.
