Hmm weird, but cool I guess. I'm a Mazda guy also, have only owned 3 of them though.

The Japanese have a long history of cooperation among car companies. Just look at the past co-owners of Fuji Heavy equipment and JATCO (transmissions). To bad the big three didn't do this.
