I'm suing Nissan CANADA, USA & JAPAN

So, there I am sitting on my comfy couch, sipping my Kokanee beer, fire crackling before me in my cabin, sled dogs barking at the wolves howling out back, and I flip on the TV after adjusting the rabbit ears. On comes a commercial for NISSAN, where after a few seconds, I choke on my beer, spilling it, and scream..WTF!!!!!!
After soaking up my spilt beer, and squeezing it back into my cup ( you never waste good CDN beer), I called my legal team. The Bert Vorgon Legal council is on it! We are suing NISSAN CANADA, NISSAN USA, and, the Mother ship..NISSAN JAPAN. We are going after them for theft of "intellectual property", "loss of future revenue", "damages for loss of quality of life" ( TV time) "patent infringement", "future revenue for my children" ( it was their idea), and a few other things too complicated to explain. Nissan has totally copied our concept snowpeople ( snow MEN is not politically correct anymore)
Papers were served today and we have demanded a quick and resolute decision by next week for 20.0 Million dollars ( or 22,222 bit coins ). I foresee a quick decision by Nissan, and, as I am not greedy, everyone on this site will get a new set of tires for the season.
I put forward the link to the Nissan commercial, and then of course, my ORIGINAL pictures, taken in 2008, witnessed not only by my children, but of course the neighbors. I let you decide, in the court of public opinion!
