A Boat?!? A NISSAN boat!

A buddy of mine found this little gem locally and it is freakin AWESOME!!! Anyone know anything about them? I used my google powers and can't even find a photo of this exact boat.... Any info would be great

I found lots of those motors, 5 - 50 hp, but could not find a boat..interesting.

In the way-back of UFO Reports, there was another L-series boat pictured.

I remember Rod of Rod's Discount Datsun Parts one year brought up his L20B powered inboard Datsun boat -= which was a similar size to this one pictures, but in radical 70's flower yellow. I remember it having a U66 cylinder head on the block. I have no idea what differences were in the block itself, aside from brass frost plugs.

Sadly, no photos. Would have been mid 90's vintage when I saw the boat though.

The dealer I bought my Hardbody from in 1988 or 89 was selling boats. Can't recall if they were just like this or not.

Most outboard motor boats are RHD, due to the steering/cables... and yeah, there's a few Ratsun guys with the old sundance L-series boats:
