there she is, motor has new timing chain, runs good, but did smoke this morning, im wondering if valve seals gone,

anyways it rusn great once warm, did oil change, gear oil in trans and rear end, it definatly needed that.

getting a electric fan within days.. takes alot of load of motor..

it has new wires, cap/rotor, plugs, front pads,

needs aircare, once i fix it up, get rims, lower it, get header exchaust it will be a nice ride,

currently looking for cold air ideas.. carb tune for best mpg?

also need advice on finding on gea rratio, and how do i find a ratio around 3:23 or low, i want this to be a cruiser, mpg,

its getting energy suspension sway bar bushings, oh my they are bad! it also has a somewhat loose steering,
im thinking of replacing every steering joint and also getting the pitman arm and idler arm professioanl shortened, quicker ratio

well this will be my build up thread, i bought some 85 200sx turbo rims off byron510! thankx alot, really helps out, my datsun will finally be able to handle some corners..

need 1 inch spacers..

your steering slop may just be the box needs adjusting. jack upt he front end and do a shake down to see if its your tie rod ends. if those are tight it just the box.

theres an adgustment on it to tighten up the slack.

well, its now lowered front and rear via 1.5 coil chop, gave me about an inch, maybe 1.5


got some tires for the rims.. just need lugnuts and spacers for front...and rear because it will look better wider:roll:









im likin the progress , ive owned it for 4 days,lol its loving the oil change, trans/rear end fluid change too
