OUCH! How was the nose? Having done some face plants on my mountain bike, I know what that can be like. My son broke his nose with a good face plant up at Whistler.

I love that you have it on video - and that you want to share. Any time I fall or do something lame, I am hoping someone witnessed it . Why go through the pain if no one gets to see.......

Actually I was completly fine. My face landed on the goggles and the foam in the goggles basically abosorbed the fall. I did have a little bruise for a couple of days on the outter edge of my eye. But overall it looks a lot worse than it was.

As they say..if there are no pictures..It didn't happen..ha...good you did not get creamed.

here is a picture of my knee, after my horrendous mountain bike crash, that has left my left collar bone permanently detached from my shoulder...I don't want to fall anymore.... :(

Can you believe the speeds? 190 Miles Per Hour! They must hit the brakes when they see the turn a Km ahead and start turning the wheel half a km before and it's on them. Watch the houses in town go by.
