What's up with all the window shoppers this weekend?

Post by jason » 07 Oct 2012 15:18

I've been at home working on stuff this weekend and I've had 3 dudes come down the driveway asking if I had any 510's for sale   ! Of course anything's for sale, at my price, but, I have to spend an hour talking to each guy   .... Oh and no, I won't sell it for $1000 because I just spent that much having the 5 speed rebuilt 8) !

That's pretty funny Jason - omitting the big out of that equation. But I tend to agree, you need to get something with a bigger bark than Peanut – a bark that makes you chest vibrate. My father’s English Mastiff works pretty good for this – snarly, drooly and definitely BIG. And the breed doesn’t need a fence which is a bonus for you.

It’s the nice weather on a long weekend - brings out the looky loos - they worst guys to sell any car to.

Come a time I think I'll get a bigger dog, not just yet! I think the problem is when I'm outside working on a car, the looky loos will stop by to chat ....

Jason, you need to get those buildings up so you can hide your stash of cars. This way you won't get bothered and you can keep them out of the elements.

Another option is a big gate and the end of your drive.
Never start vast projects with half-vast ideas
