Web Developer Question - Automotive Search List

Hi all. I'm overseeing the building of a web site (I'm not the guy doing the coding) and we're at the database process and have run into a roadblock.

I'm looking for a source to help with the tables for Year, Make, Model drop down lists we see all over automotive sites.

There has to be a file out there somewhere rather than building these tables from "memory".

Any help?
