Isle of Man lap

Post by Byron510 »

I have professed in the past to not being a really big fan of motor bikes. MOstly because they scare the hell out of me.

My father sent me this link last night, A lap with Michael Dunlop from last year’s Isle of Man.

If the first 7 minutes of Michael riding clear roads doesn’t make you dizzy, seasick and feeling something close to Vertigo (and I've only got a moderate 22" monitor), then the excitement of Michael entering traffic will get your heart going.

These guys have balls, there's just nothing more I can say.

Enjoy.

That's crazy I was just watching the documentary on netflix about the electric class they started a few years ago. So rad!

If no one from the future comes back to stop you from doing it then how bad of a decision can it really be?

It's an amazing thing to see. I met Guy Martin whilst out riding mountain bikes in the Lakes (area of the UK, not actually in a lake) he is a true legend of the sport. If you can get past the accent, TT: Closer to the Edge is well worth a watch.
As for driving those roads, I will get mine over there and drive the 'mountain' section once it's done.
