... is not about BBQ, beer, swimming pools, the beginning of summer, celebrations. It is about remembrance. So at 3pm on Memorial Day, take a minute of silence and remember the fallen.

I don't particularly like how you put this out, it's like a scolding. I don't believe any of us need a remind. I'll be BBQ, BEERS and Swimming with my two Veterans and father in law who served in WWII thank you very much and always, not just Memorial Day, remember the fallen.

To Three B's and all that know the true meaning of Memorial Day, I apologize if you felt I was scolding you. However, to those that think it is just another holiday and the start of summer, I DID intend it to be a scolding. Memorial Day is a day to remember the soldiers that gave their all in defense of the freedoms we enjoy today.
