Need help timing L16

I cant seem to find my manual anywhere and wanted to get my dime back together tonight. Can anyone give me the rundown on timing the engine? I just replaced my timing set, but need to know what to line up, and I guess I need to time the oil pump too? Any help would be appreciated.
