Mike / Michael Wesseling ( zenranefer@yahoo.com ) from Manteca, CA took my payment ($450) for an R180 4.62 diff in March and never delivered. He posts sporadically on the dimequarterly classifieds and occasionally on hybridz.org. I'd previously purchased an R-180 3.9 LSD from Mike and he delivered it. I believe Mike actually intended to follow through and maybe fell on hard times. In either case, he's had my money for over three months and says he doesn't have the diff or the money to refund back to me. Hopefully my experience will prevent others from having their own negative experience with Michael.
I will update this post if Mike ever delivers the diff or returns my payment.

That sucks if not. Although I wouldn't have waited much longer than a few weeks to keep my Paypal grievance window open.

Threaten to report him for mail fraud, and then carry through with it. The least the guy could do is agree to make payments to you if he can't scrape up the full sum immediately.
