2 x 280z 1979 & 1980 @ pick n pull Richmond BC

Hey guys just wanted to let you know there are 2 280z cars at the pick n pull. Some of the parts left we 510 guys may be interested in include: one r180 one early z 5 speed transmission and one engine (minus distributor and alternator) both cars have all the rear brakes and cables. A pair of struts are left but with a damaged drivers side tube. Plus its half off for toolbox members until tomorrow. Just thought I'd let you all know.

BIG thanks to Rheis for the heads up at Pick 'n' Pull. Scored a rare one year only power steering BOX out of 9/79 280Z. Got to try out my Makita 18V impact gun - really sped thinks up. Also helps to have a good bro with ya to hold the wrench on the other side too! Thanks Rob!

We grabbed the whole works, pump & lines, box, idler, drag link, ball joints, etc. Just unbolted and yanked it all out. STOKED! :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

good company, warm sunshine, and bolts that come loose without too much swearing?!? The only other thing we needed was a... ...rows of junked 510s like they had at A-Part back in the day! :P

Our work went smoothly partially because Rheis grabbed the struts and got that shit out of James' way - double win!

I haven't checked the spline yet, hopefully its the same as the 510. :x
