Wondering if anyone could help me out thats going to the show, especially if anyone from washington is going up? greenthumb has some trophies of Arts for me that he got from byron. Im coming up in september to a show in vancouver, (figures ends up he will be out of town that weekend) was wondering if anyone would like to play middleman, and get them from him to hold onto for me when i come up in september, or if in washington or coming through washington would be willing to bring them down closer?

I live close to the Border, so I could get them from GreenThumb and hold them for you, if that could work. Even if I was on some sort of adventure, my wife could be home.

I used to give Art lots of my factory bits as I peeled them off the car, and was always finding stock stuff in my basement and would mail them to him from Mr. Vorgon, which he called.

Coming for sure at this point. Looking very forward to it. Weather looks very car show happy. Not too hot, cloudy ish, cool.

Byron can you give the "out-of-towners" a couple of detailed directions to get to the show grounds? I know how to get to Esplanaude and in front of the shopping area, but what specific streets/turns from there should we use to get to the show area? Google maps is pretty out of date in the area, especially to the east of the market area. Save a bit of hunt and peck when we get there. Thanks!

No worries Jim, great that you can make it.

Following Hwy 1 through the Hasting tunnel and across the Second Narrows; be in the RH lane coming down the other side of the bridge, take the second exit onto Main Street (west bound). Follow Main to Low Level Rd, keep in the center lane. If you haven’t been here in the past year - this whole road is completely changed. Even for the local guys, the road here is totally different and now elevated, but you get spat out at the same place on east Esplanade. Take a left at St Georges St, right at the “T” onto Victory Ship Way which puts you at Wallace Mews right in the old shipyard which is now a park and volleyball area.

Weather looks very good for Sunday, Sunny with some cloudy periods with 25 degrees forecast.

I'll be there before 8 just to set up the barricades and hang the signage, show opens at 9.
