Does anyone know of a good Smart Phone App for GPS Speedometer and Odometer? I have one for a Speedometer, but no mileage. Oh yeah.. BlackBerry Z10 ( or Android ) compatible.

Digihub. Works on Android. There is nothing that works on blackberry.

I use Navmii. Free and since you download the maps on wifi beforehand, it never uses data. It's my speedo when I drive my 510. Android w/ a Nexus 5

Also I am not making it tomorrow. My insurance expired a few days ago and there's no money for a permit and a few tanks of gas right now. The good news is I just bought a house with a garage so I have the winter to play and will be better than ever come springtime.

Cam, you need to be dead reliable..this is a long trip..remember LAST time you had oil issues.....

Yah, lets really try to be driving out at 7:30.

I'm going to take a crack at going from White Rock to Merritt on a tank of fuel, 214 miles ( 345 KM ), plus the look out drive. Then I can blend my fuel in Merritt and arrive back in Richmond with minimal non-winter storage fuel.

Did an empty tank test tonight on the 280Z. $1.22.9 for 94 Octane in Mission this evening.. :D

Fuel gauge below " E " still leaves me with about 10 liters reserve. 65 liter tank. Put 53.9 liters in, which is the most I've ever put in. Never did get the low Fuel light to come on. Of course...I'm not 100% sure it works!! Comforting knowing when the fuel gauge says empty, that you still have a good reserve left.

The Audi's fuel gauge is dead nuts accurate. Low fuel warning comes on with 8 liters reserve as per Owners manual. I ran the tank down to only 2.65 liters remaining last week and she was just starting to stutter on some hills. Made it to Mission.. but I was using Mexican overdrive for a bit and sweating bullets!!

Mike, if you are coming up the Lougheed from PoCo, I'm meeting Glen at the Esso-7/11 at 232/Lougheed Hwy at 5:45 if you want to join us just east of Maple Ridge. We're planning on going out to Hope via Aggasiz, staying on the North side of the Fraser to Hope.

Those are the ones Keith, they are on my list tomorrow. I don’t mind splitting off from the group at Othello Rd, but just to note - it's a very cool little road into the backside of Hope via Kawkawa Lk in case you are at all interested :-)

pinion seal, easy enough fix.

Car hasn't really been driven in two years.. oil changed, coolant good, rad fan repaired, fired up 1st try so it's going to be as reliable as its going to be I suppose.

I thought it was fuel issues last time.

Morning World,

3;30 am and coffee is brewing! Looks good out there, NO fog at my place and I can see to the Cascades with this full moon. Maybe a bit of wispy fog out the valley but nothing major.

Cool though, about 9-10C on my porch. I will be leaving the underground bunker at 5:15, as long as I can get my wife to drive me there.

It is Minus -2C at Allison pass right now, so again, make sure you have some warm clothing for the photo op at the lookout. The sun may or may not just be cracking the ridges.
