I am planning on putting a new windshield in Ole Blue this week, and will bring the family and bring up the back of the pack with all three gears and 60hp hitting the road... daily!

Looking forward to the drive.

I can't make it on Sunday either. They have plans for me here on Father's Day.

The weather is not going to cooperate with us again. Rain for Saturday with rain and showers for Sunday at Hope, etc..

So far, as we have only had three who said they are coming, I'm going to cancel this and put it off till July. I'm away next weekend.

Hi guys, I had planned on taking the whole family to Hells Gate on Sunday. The weather is currently calling for 2-4mm of rain through the valley, however Boston Bar is calling for less than 1mm which is barely a trace. As out exchange student was looking forward to this, we will be going anyways as a family. Taking the 510 will depend on the amount of rain forecast on the day. The kids were looking forward to a trip in Ole Blue.
I understand the call Keith, no worries. I'll join you guys for the drive when the weather cooperates at a later date as well, take the Bronze as I'll be on my own then :-)

Norm - as for the glass, it's a Pilkington window, but as I took it out of the wrapper the other day, turns out its actually made by Triplex for Pilkington. Tripped is also European, so that may make two suppliers for us that make glass that is nearly the correct thickness, unlike the Chinese glass which was significantly thinner

I hope that that first week of August is that good. Matt and are are going to be soooo far into the wilderness I do not want anything to do with bad weather.

I think I made a good call about today, still really raining at Yale and Boston Bar and other zones through the valley.

Byron, if do do the Hell's Gate, lets us know if it is worth the trip, as we either pass on that and do the Britannia Mine, or, maybe head down to Fort Casey again.

Hi Mike,

Hope your doing ok!

This was my plan......IF...it is nice on the weekend, which it is looking like it is NOT......I was going to drive the 510 out to Mission Raceway to watch Andy race the GT1 Camaro and Tracey run the Turbo Miata. Both days look rainy now and I know Andy will not go if any hint of rain.

So, that being said I will look to the next weekend as we go forward....

It would be fun to get out and watch Andy in HIS car. He was getting it ready when I was there last week. It's an awesome looking machine.
