Wheel sizing for stock wheel well opening
Wheel sizing for stock wheel well opening
Does a 15 x 7 zero offset fit in the stock rear wheel well opening (lowered car) ? I have 14 x 7 zero offset now.

Re: Wheel sizing for stock wheel well opening
I am running 15x7 +23 on mine and they just clear. Zero offset would be no where near fitting on my 69 4 door and I am not very low.
If no one from the future comes back to stop you from doing it then how bad of a decision can it really be?
Re: Wheel sizing for stock wheel well opening
Totally depends.
I run 16x8+30 with spacers to an effective +15 which is essentially the same poke as 15x7+0. The lower you go, the less (more negative) camber you have to run to clear a given wheel. The camber gain of my wheels as the suspension compresses just allows for the tires to clear the rolled fender lips. I run -1.1* in the rear.
