The lower mainland is so busted now what with the huge growth and poor quality drivers. Since I started going into work earlier 5 years ago now, I have seen my traffic "load" over double now from the growth in South Surrey, where I am now encountering the phantom intersections all the time...INSANITY.

Everyday the amount of MULTI car accidents is staggering, causing untold costs in wasted time and money for thousands stuck in traffic gridlock.
