KA trans rubber?

What are you guys using for the actual transmission rubber mount? The PO of my car installed an energy suspension polly mount on my car. But the problem I'm having with it is its very flimsy and has tones of play in it. Im not sure if its supposed to be like that? I would really appreciate some feed back.

Gonna do some google searches in the mean time.
