If no one from the future comes back to stop you from doing it then how bad of a decision can it really be?

When and where were you thinking of going to see this? It's a place to start. Been a while since we've all seen a Motorsport movie together - wasn't the last one about the Indian on the salt with Anthony Hopkins?

Yes, it was "The World's Fastest Indian" with Anthony Hopkins, great movie. I still remember all the blown up parts on his shelf, the small sign that said: "Sacrifices to the God of Speed!", we were the only ones in the theater that got that. Andy has one of those in his shop.
Maybe we could try for the 25th? I will have to check the show time, movies like this have limited showing in Vancouver and do not last long.

Thursday the 25 works for me. It's be fun to get a group together and see the Ring on the big screen.
Sort of related, I recently watched (with my son) various You tube videos taken by the track marshals of the hordes of people doing paid fun laps. it's pretty funny and entertaining from guys spinning out their plumbing vans to people doing laps on their mo-peds. Of course there is no shortage of videos also showing people smearing their pride and joy across the armco....most leaving their pride behind. But the best one was a group of work vans all fighting for position through a set of twisties.... followed by a full size tour bus just givin'er. Pretty funny.
Anyways, the Ring is likely on most people bucket list - it's certainly on mine. Our club founder Noel bought a new BMW, and believe he had arranged to have his very car made available at the factory for him to drive it to the Ring and complete a lap (or two), doing a bit of touring and bringing the car back to the BMW factory and having it shipped to his dealer here in Vancouver. It's a program that BMW has set up - pretty cool.
Be great to have our 510's all lined up on this course for a lap... but that's really dreaming => back to reality. Let's go see the movie.

Sunday night at 6:30 is the LAST showing of the "GREEN HELL"! It's at the PARK THEATER on Cambie, in Vancouver.
I am cleared to go, Matt is checking, who else would like to go?
