You just need matching wheels and tires for the nickel.
If no one from the future comes back to stop you from doing it then how bad of a decision can it really be?

There's a picture somewhere of my fathers rally 510 way up on 2 wheels when he put sticky tires on it at an auto X in Edmonton back in the 80's....

But it would be much fun!

frightening

so I went for my first drive with the new rims and tires yesterday. as I pulled out of the drive it became clear that the front end is not set up right. the car darted in and out of the ruts. white knuckles, elbows in, I stayed the coarse and headed out for an adventure. the power was great with the 50 series 14s. I hit the hwy on ramp (90 left to swooping right ) at the top of second and was on the binders in 5th to merge. the deeply rutted slow lane tossed the car back and fourth till I found the spot on the ridge were she wanted to be. as I passed boundary bay I found she wiggled less in the ruts if my speed was well over....

as I looped around surrey towards the perimeter road the rain came. rainbow gutters and a greasy windshield I pressed on with my right foot down. the wash off the the back ensured no one was following. with higher speeds and slip from the rain I made it back home before my arms gave out.
