Vancouver locals might remember that white 510 as the bre clone that had been for sale for a decade or so. The owner decided to put it together and paint it. Maybe the market has caught up to his asking price.

Funny - it's still lower than stock. Since nearly every 510 has been mildly to wildly lowed for the past 35 years, the iconic image of a 510 has simply been getting lower and lower all the time. My own 15K mile all original Greg Terry car looks taller than ever sitting beside the Bronze.

If it was put all back together to full weight then it would sit a bit lower! :D :P

Touché!!!

Admittedly you’d be somewhat correct. However the total weight of the seats, carpet, door panels and the coolant and fuel in the car still wouldn’t bring it down far.

But yes, I do need to get the Greg Terry car to a driving state, it’s simply not that far away.

And I do stand by the notion that the ‘Norm’ regarding ride height is significantly lower than original :-D
