Good question! I'm assuming the housing is 10mm wider than R180 - can you PM a measurement of the width? Pics would help too.

Byron has a R190 in the Bronze I think. He may have dimensions.

The R190 went under Paul’s vintage race car in 2010 as it had a slight input bearing noise and it was NLA , I’ve been running an R180 with the last of the Precision Gear LSD’s since about 2008/9.

Also, on another thread there were some questions on exhaust clearance. Here's a customer with 3" exhaust that comfortably clears the CV axle. Results will vary for some setups but it is certainly possible based on exhaust routing.

I'll be in Vancouver next week (March 11 - 14th) and can take one set of CV axles to save the customer on shipping cost.

I only have a 'short' and 'R180 integrated' version in stock at this time. PM me if interested.

As FYI a couple new versions of the CVs were shipped this week.

1) V2 of the 'regular' CV now has 10mm longer travel in the inner housing. I have more testing to do but am hoping this same unit can also work for the 'short' setup too.

2) Built my first S30 STI R180 integrated stub CV this week, bound for the UK. Notice the adapter's collar is a little deeper to actually add some length.
