Hey Joel, NICE work on that eyebrow trim! Not sure how your pics ended up in this thread, but you're sure doing a great job straightening that thing out. Excellent!

Wow, nice selection of belts! If someone buys a set of these that needs a part or hardware, I will likely have!

Re: stock seat belts
I never noticed that the belts were made by TAKATA, the maker of the air bags in millions of cars. They were formed in 1933.
There was the HUGE recall that affected both my G35 and Honda Odyssey and they had to declare bankruptcy in 2017.
I will have to look at the set I have for my passenger side.

Any idea if these will fit a 69 wagon? I’m interested in the front belts as my wagon does not have any.
Thanks,
Luis.

Re: stock seat belts
Hi Luis;
They would definitely fit, yes, as long as you have the 3 threaded holes that are needed for the anchor points.
Hopefully this should be easy for you to check. One is on the trans tunnel, one is at the base of the "B" pillar, and the third is pretty close to the top of the "B" plllar. If I remember right, that top hole might sometimes be covered by the headliner material, but if you feel around for it through the material, you might be able to find it.
Or (another option) if you can't use these 3-point belts, I've also got some front 2-point belts (lap belts only). Not as safe as 3-point, of course, but better than nothing-- and possibly easier to fit.

Re: stock seat belts
Yes, ALL 68-73 510's had the captive nuts for the anchor points of the belts. Yes, the upper roof rail captive nut is covered by the headliner on the USA spec cars, you just need to know where to look & how to carefully cut the headliner (if your car still has it!) to locate it..............this is only if you are using the later shoulder strap! The 68-69 510 originally had a "hook" on the floor end of the belt & an "eyelet" that screwed into the captive nuts that were on ALL of the cars. The hook clipped into the eyelet. In 70 they switched to a flat steel "anchor" at the floor end of the belts & a big bolt with some hardware that screwed into the same captive nuts on ALL of the cars. Yes, the later flat steel anchored belts WILL fit a 68-69 with the correct hardware! Hope that helps sell 'em!

Haha-- yes, Joel is doing a super job on it, but he took the pictures down. Somehow they accidentally got added into this thread-- his intention was to send them to me privately. If he's okay with sharing them, I can email them to you, Andrew. But let me check with him first as a courtesy.
