FS: Fiberglass ducktail spoiler

Post by Fred_L-P »

I picked up an old ducktail spoiler mold with my 510 shell and people were interested in seeing more.

I made one out of fiberglass and it turned out great.

I'm willing to do a small production batch if enough people are interested.

Pricing will be 170USD / 225CDN + shipping

Here's a couple of pictures. Keep in mind that's with excess material to fit it perfectly for your application. I did not fit mine yet. Thats how it looks out of the mold.

I forgot to mention, it does not interfere with the lock!

I'm going to mold mine onto my fiberglass trunk lid for a seamless look, like my bre flares.

There certainly isn't enough overlap to bolt it on from the outside.

If I wanted to bolt it on from the inside, I would simply stick threaded inserts/nuts on the inside of the spoiler and screw it thru the lid. I think that would be the easiest way to do it.

Man I totally missed this, I don't check the page as often as in the past. If for some reason there were a few extras made let me know, I'd be in for one.
