OK, I'll elaborate on this stuff a bit. I'm neither advocating for swearing nor advocating against swearing, but as a moderator, there are sometimes 40 or more 'attack' posts per day from various spam bots that Byron and I scrub from the database. Some of those posts and requests to become members have the most foul and oftentimes hilarious combinations of nasty things you could never otherwise imagine (AI bots are also concept intergrators), so when someone says 'fuck yeah!' and someone else says 'woah woah woah, watch the cussy-words', it just seems a bit funny to me because what goes on in the background on the daily to keep this site's signal:noise ratio high and clean... ...man, one F-bomb? Nah mate, we're doing alright...

The crap we erase everyday is sometimes so rude, I laugh - because I’m not sure how else to react.
I’m glad you all don’t see it.

Personally, I’m a trades guy - I’ve been around plenty of potty mouth, it’s just doesn’t stick. And hey, I’m no angel myself.

I do however like to see it kept relatively clean hear on the Realm - generally. Evans’s that’s how it’s always been. And Mostly because I’ve learned that swearing is associated with aggressive behaviour - and respect for each other and this community is held in high regard by nearly everyone. We’ve done, and continue to do, a lot of great things to keep our old Datsun’s on the road - and to support each other. That’s our key goal, and I’d like to see us keep as many people as possible here to attain that goal.
